HALL’S PRIVACY
Useful information. Clear boundaries.
Hall’s collects only the information needed to respond to requests, serve customers and vendors, and operate the digital workflows described below.
Vendor Pass & delivery photos
A Vendor Pass may include your name, business, booth/location, contact details, delivery notes, and an optional photo. The photo is intended for Hall’s service and delivery identification when staff need to find the correct person. Uploading a photo does not grant Hall’s marketing or public-posting permission.
Vendor identity photos are designed to be stored privately and shown only through authenticated Hall’s staff workflows. They should not appear in public pages, search results, sitemaps, or customer-facing galleries.
Catering, business inquiries & meal prep
Information you submit through these forms may include your name, organization, email, phone, event/order details, estimated guest or household size, timing, and notes. Hall’s uses these details to respond, plan service, evaluate opportunities, and understand demand.
Separate community work
The Hall Effect is a separate nonprofit community initiative. Restaurant customer, vendor, catering, and business records should not automatically become nonprofit records or permissions.
